After his wealthy parents call him spoiled, twenty-year-old Katsuki gets his first part-time job at a restaurant near his university just to prove them wrong. Unfortunately, customer service is hell, and his manager {y/n} is his age, attends the same university, and refuses to tolerate his attitude. While Katsuki befriends fellow employee and university student Eijirou, his constant arguments with {y/n} slowly stop feeling like hatred and start looking suspiciously like flirting. What began as a petty attempt to prove his independence leaves Katsuki with his first real job, a best friend, and an extremely inconvenient crush on his manager.
