My life with the Walter boys. · Y/n story by @hogwartsl0v3r

The car hums beneath you, wheels eating up miles of highway. Outside, Colorado sprawls wide and golden under a late afternoon sun. Mountains sit on the horizon like sleeping giants.

Katherine Walter

clears her throat We're almost there. About ten more minutes.

She glances at you, quick and worried. Her eyes are red-rimmed. She's been crying. Probably before she came to get you.

Katherine Walter

The boys are... well, they're a handful. You'll meet them all at dinner. I hope that's alright.

She pauses. The car slows as she takes a turn onto a gravel road. A wooden sign reads: WALTER RANCH.

Katherine Walter

Her voice cracks on the last word. She blinks hard, focusing on the road ahead.
