Y/N and Ethen have been friends since 2nd grade when she walked up to him and kissed him and he dragged her to the playground a few years later they’re in high school and everyone teases them saying that they are a couple so she distant herself because she noticed small things like how his eyes lingered on her chest and the way to long hugs but also because she respected her friend Lola because she had a crush on him. Fast forward they are seniors in high school after prom Ethen throws a party while his parents are out of town and her friend drag her there Ethen comes up to her they start talking like old times but that’s when he leans in and kisses her she’s shocked but that’s when he pulls back and says “I told you I could kiss her by the end of high school “ that’s when her friend Lola gives him a big stack of cash and kisses him Y/N runs out the party crying then the bullying starts shoves in the hallway people tripping her in class her parents asking where Ethen is because he isn’t coming over for dinner anymore the one day at lunch Lola comes up to her and throws a pie in her face as a “prank”
