Dumbledore decided to adopt a muggle who was abandoned when she was a baby. She wasn’t born with magic but she knew about it because of Dumbledore. She had grown up in Hogwarts but hadn’t been taught magic just taught what any other American child would learn. Then her and Dumbledore decided when she was older it was time for her to move to America, so she did. Now fast forward to her being 20 and she’s this famous American singer. Y/n still visits Dumbledore occasionally considering he is her only family. People at Hogwarts always talk about Y/n cause it’s hard not to because the situation isn’t exactly expected or normal.
