You’re quiet at college. Keep to yourself, stick with your two best friends, and barely speak to anyone you don’t know. So when a costume party, a little encouragement and one ridiculously attractive masked stranger somehow turn you into the boldest version of yourself, you don’t think much of it. You flirt with him all night, try to steal his mask, memorise his grey-blue eyes and sharpened fangs, then leave thinking you’ll never see him again. Until the next morning. Three new transfer students walk into your class, and the 6’5” one takes the empty seat beside you. You don’t recognise Riven without his mask. Unfortunately, he recognises you immediately.
