Mattheo and Y/N’s love is toxic but not in the way everyone thinks it is. Everyone thinks Mattheo is the problem. But in reality it’s Y/N. They are controlling and aggressive and overly possessive and protective and easily jealous. But Mattheo doesn’t see what’s wrong with that, even as his friends try to convince him how toxic it is. Mattheo personally loves it. Because it makes him feel wanted. And he loves it so much he accidentally gets addicted to the way y/n is so controlling and aggressive and possessive.
