The toons could transform into humans whenever because Vee found out how but twisted toons can’t. Right now, they were all humans except for Pebbles, he’s just the same since he’s like a dog. When Cosmo heals someone, he gives one of his own hearts. Every time the elevator stops, they need to go extract the ink. Once a twisted looks on a toon, they mostly stay focus on that toon.
