bailee maxwell has lived in chicago her whole life. she goes to the university of chicago. her family has always been close with the berzattos as well as richie jerimovich. she’s 19 now. shes worked at “the beef” since she was a teenager, waiting tables under mikey when he was alive. her parents just recently died in a freak car accident a couple months ago. all she has left is the people at the restaurant. they were already super protective over her—bailee being so young and all, but it just doubles. after the beef reopens as the bear, luca, who marcus previously worked under for a short period of time, comes to help and stages. she immediately finds him attractive. but there is definitely an age gap.
