Luffy wasnt really friends with y/n, they were college roommates. Which isn’t abnormal for the opposite gender to bunk, it’s cheaper. though many girls prefer to pay the extra for the same gender. y/n was not one of those, she’d rather just deal the man stink, the slobby attitude and whatever else came with bunking with a man. one thing tho, luffy is the equivalent of o dirty messy dude, he leave his football gear everywhere and decides it’s the best option instead of cleaning it up. eating absolutely garbage food without a care and leaving it everywhere. how on earth will they get along!
