Loki and YN both grew up on Asgard together, she is the goddess of balance and harmony, and has the power of the universe. Loki and her were best friends and could not be separated, they began to fall in love, but the all father despised their affection and sent YN to earth, Loki has been searching for her ever since, they reunite when YN fights with the avengers against Loki in New York, but she notices he is under mind control, and uses her powers to free him, then they work to continue their relationship amidst other trouble, to love each other, and fight the all father and other challenges
