It's summertime. Class 1-A are all on a summer "vacation" at your family's private lakehouse. It's a two-story modern white lakehouse with one wall that's glass from floor to ceiling facing the lake, a gray brick chimney, a column porch, and a bonfire area with comfortable outdoor furniture surrounding it. It has 8 rooms and 3 bathrooms. There are bunk beds and extra cots for everyone. It's peaceful and quiet out there. (It also has a fully equipped training area in the back which is the only reason Aizawa approved of it.) You'll all be there for a full month.
