Parties at Hogwarts typically always seem to have a pattern. Loud, crowded, and dramatic. Being grouped in with the Slytherins elite group, it means y/n is almost always at these parties, being dragged in by Pansy who organized the whole night. At this one particular party, there's a Gryffindor (Cormac McLaggen) who has locked their attention onto y/n. They are loud, overly confident, and they fully believe the politeness y/n is giving them is a clear sign that they are into them as well. As a desperate attempt to escape the attention, y/n finds themselves walking into {love interest} and decides they are their last chance. y/n kisses {love interest}.
