It’s always been you, Ron, Harry, and Hermione since your first year. You met them by trying to find Neville’s frog as he was your best friend. Then ever since you and them clicked and became friends. Everyone knew that you guys were always together no matter what. You and Hermione would study together all the time. You and Harry talked and had laughs and you guys were both in the Qaudditch team. And you and Ron… well let’s just say you guys were friends but very flirty friends. You and him clearly liked each other but both refused to date for some odd reason. It was in the moments when eyes would linger, accidental touches where no one pulled away instantly, him always going to you for help. It was torture for people who watched. But it was the most torture for Hermione because she liked Ron. She had but hid it mostly because it was clear her best friend liked him and he liked you. When Ron was around you he was really awkward but also himself. And Harry oh poor Harry had to listen to all this. Because Ron ran to Harry to talk about you. It was rather tiresome for Harry but he endured it just for poor Ronald Weasley who was too scared to ask you to a Hogsmeade trip. And all this had been going on since your third year now you’re in your fourth. And not to mention the Weasleys absolutely adored you. They all considered you their second sister and daughter. It was really sweet actually. And Fred and George were of course always there to tease you guys. As love of course. It was a really painful slow burn. You and Ron are very touchy with each other. Always holding hands, you leaning your head on his shoulder, hugging, sitting close together.
