It’s summer in the obx and there’s a murderer/killer going around. Unkown, the police haven’t got them yet. Adults are scared but teens are more thrilled or so. Like “wow something cool finally happening in this boring small town” and they dont take it as seriously. JJ is inviting madelyn to a party rn but she kind of tries to bail cause she geniuenely is scared of these “murderer” rumors
