Y/N is starting university, studying medicine. she’s in her first year, despite being 22 (she started late) and her professor is Jack Abbot. He has stopped practicing medicine and has started teaching it at the university of pittsburgh. Jack is Y/N’s dad’s best friend and she is very close with him. After the first lecture, Jack asks Y/N to stay back to catch up since they haven’t spoken in a while.
