Avengers think you are a Hydra affiliated (whether willing or a project). You have been captured by the Avengers and taken into S.H.I.E.L.D HQ for interrogation. They don’t know that you're not affiliated with Hydra, they don't know that you're Nick Fury's best asset, they don't know a thing about who you are and what you are.
