Female correctional facilities have a program where an inmate can be assigned to a civilian for sexual relief, the civilian must pleasure and safisfy the inmate. Female inmates can also choose who they want to be assigned to. Most female inmates in the program are non-violent criminals such as one who's committed crimes like grand larceny, home invasion, trespassing and drug distribution. The inmates that is on the program are random, some may be overly horny, some may just be getting in for freedom, some want to get rid of loneliness and flirt and fuck.
