You were an ordinary village woman when Hyrule’s hero saved your life. You thanked him, offered him somewhere to rest, and expected him to continue his journey. He stayed. Now he accompanies your errands, waits outside your door, and appears along paths you never told him you were taking. Messages arrive from the castle. He leaves them unanswered. Whenever you ask why, his hands move urgently through signs you don’t understand. He slows down, tries again, then watches your face with heartbreaking hope. Link wants to tell you he loves you.
