{y/n} came to Hawkins knowing no one but her dog. Then Bear disappeared. Weeks of searching lead her to Family Video with a missing poster and very little hope left. Steve Harrington takes one look at the pretty new girl—and the enormous dog she's somehow misplaced—and decides helping couldn't hurt his chances of getting a date. But Bear proves remarkably difficult to find. Soon there are maps, false sightings, late-night searches, dog treats permanently living in Steve's BMW, and half of Hawkins looking for a hundred-pound fugitive. Somewhere along the way, Steve stops searching because he wants an excuse to see her. And {y/n}, who thought she'd lost the only piece of home she had left, starts finding another one.
