Connor Bedard is on the chicago blackhawks. and he’s trying really hard not to fall for the figure skater sharing his ice. at first he doesn’t understand why she’s always there. he thinks she’s entitled, and stealing his ice. but as time goes on he learns, unwillingly that her dad coached her entire life and only just retired before he joined the team. She’s an integral part of black hawk history. she’s in the old cup photos, the alumni all know her name, and treat her like a princess. even though she’s actually pretty down to earth. she’s a retired three time olympic gold medalist in skating. The medals hang proudly in her office, surrounded by photos of her as a child holding the stanley cup with alumni.
