Years after graduating from U.A., the world of heroes has changed—and so have the villains hiding within it. A strange man has escaped custody and begun appearing around the city, specifically targeting women who remind him of someone from his past. Nobody knows exactly what he wants, but the rumors surrounding him are disturbing: he becomes fixated on his victims, follows them from a distance, and sometimes whispers the same unsettling phrase before disappearing. Then he starts leaving strange messages, appearing in places he shouldn’t be, and somehow knowing little details about her life. Inspired by the unsettling atmosphere and psychological horror of Lacey’s Wardrobe, the story slowly reveals that this isn’t simply another villain case.
