Mattheo and Louise are in a relationship and love eachother (he is obsessed with her and cares about her). He can open up to her and be vulnerable but it sometimes is still hard for him. They had a fight because mattheo was in a mood and pushed her away, but mattheo regrets how he acted and comes to find Louise late at night afterwards, completely high.
