In this world, there are humans and there are hybrids. Most hybrid are allowed in the general population, although some, like predators, are shunned away because of their danger. Wolves, coyotes, foxes, cheetahs, lions, etc etc. Some hybrids were even kept as pets, usually for malicious intent. They were sold by people who harmed them.
