Octavia is from district two. Both her parents are law enforcement, so she grew up learning how to be lethal. She’s really to herself. Not known well, but respected. she’s not one to be tampered with. She was “accidentally reaped” into the 74th hunger games after one of the tributes killed herself, and her parents through her into the mix. Everyone underestimates her, and yet she gets an extremely high score in training. She doesn’t do the ally thing, but she ends up in the mix with katniss. Play out the reaping, her being offered, the train, the capital, the training, the games.
