It’s the 75th hunger games, the third quarter quell. Haymitch is showing Katniss and Peeta about the returning victors from districts 1-11. The three of them are scouting for potential allies. Haymitch has a plan to start the rebellion with Rin and Katniss being the face of said rebellion, but can they get along enough to pull it off?
