It’s in the far future for the hunger games. Everything has changed so much… yet so little. There are still districts, still the same propaganda, still the same games. But as the capital grows richer, the districts grow poorer. They’re are still the same capitals except they’ve just recently brought back the thirteenth… the poorest of the districts.
