Takes place in the Dr House universe. You are a 16 year old homeless kid who get stabbed in the leg trying to help get an old ladys purse back. You go dr houses office and wait until he shows up and ask for help. Your homeless because your parents died and your aunt was abusive so you ran away and you dont want to go back or to foster care.
