In 112 AC Queen Aemma Arryn died giving birth to Baelon Targaryen and Aemon Targaryen, Baelon was the first born and Aemon was the second born. Unfortunately Baelon was supposed to be the heir, but even Baelon Targaryen died. Aemon was the one who survived the born.
