Y/n Beaumont lives on a horse ranch her great grandfather built. It’s in like the middle of nowhere but still known for the best trained horses. Her older brother Daniel also lives there but soon moves to go to college. Y/n doesn’t really want to go to college after high school but she has to because her parents say so. But until Adam goes to college an exchange student from New York goes to live with them. Y/n isn’t sure about the whole situation because the student is only a year older than her and will go to all her classes, that means she has to show him around everywhere. Just as she thought he is a rich spoiled brat and doesn’t get along with the ranch lifestyle. He doesn’t want to help work at the ranch. At school everyone likes him instantly especially the girls. He doesn’t ignore you at school like you thought, because he tries to be nonchalant and cool.
