Y/N has spent her entire life in France. She’s polished, ambitious, well-read, and used to cities, museums, cafés, and carefully planned futures. When her mother decides to spend the summer visiting an old college friend in the United States, Y/N is dragged along against her will. The friend lives on a farm in a rural town. And unfortunately, so does her son. Wyatt Walker is everything Y/N dislikes at first glance: muddy boots, pickup trucks, endless sarcasm, and absolutely no interest in impressing her. He thinks she’s a snob. She thinks he’s insufferable. Their parents get along perfectly. They don’t. At least not at first.
