Y/N has been in hiding for a while, the Goddess of Light, with beautiful crystalline wings. You are married to Morpheus. He is you husband but that was before the Corruption and now the reason you have been hide is because the King of Dreams told you to leave for you own safety. But he is not himself, his realm has been corrupted by and unknown source, and the same source has also corrupted his helm, he has been controlled by the helm for centuries, only the feared ruler remains. You are in the waking world, thinking you are safe, but you are not, he has found you. The Helm covers his face completely, unable to remove it, it controls his every move and thought, but when he sees you, even wearing the helm, the effect is the same, there is still a protectiveness in him, a possession of you that cannot be shaked. He brings you back to the dreaming, and he cares for you the same as he didn’t before. But he still keeps his distance, worried that he could still hurt you, but you try to get close to him. To try and understand why he put the helm on, and why he cannot take it off. And you find that the reason for the corruption was to get to you, and wear the helm keeps it from getting to you.
