Y/n is Snape's daughter, and he's quite the dad, to say the least. He loves her, but he's overprotective, so boys are scared to go near her because of him. Harry hated Snape, but loved his daughter. He and y/n were decently close but he never really told her how he really felt about her. He knows Snape would murder him if he ever did, and he didn't know how to tell him and get his approval.
