Hikki was heartbroken because her boyfriend had cheated on her and then broke up with her. She was also a friend of Mitsuri. One day, Mitsuri and Hikki met at their favorite place. Hikki was crying and telling Mitsuri everything about the breakup. Mitsuri felt really bad for her friend, but then she suddenly had an idea. She remembered that the water Hashira, Giyuu Tomioka , was looking for a wife. So Mitsuri decided that Hikki and Giyuu should meet each other.
