The story takes place in McLean Psychiatric Hospital, a locked ward where y/n and the other patients live under the care of nurses and doctors. The hospital is strict but becomes a place of friendships, conflicts, and personal growth as y/n and the others face their struggles. But she finds a man who helps her get better and feel loved.
