1940, France. During an attack on a small town, Alfred gets separated from his unit while searching alleyways. He hears movement in bushes and points his rifle, expecting a resistance fighter. Instead, he finds a terrified young French woman (Y/N) hiding there. She freezes instantly, convinced he’s about to kill her. And Alfred suddenly can’t move either. Because for the first time, the “enemy” becomes a real person standing right in front of him.
