Y/N and George Weasley have always been close. Completely, unquestionably, annoyingly platonic. Fred has never cared. Until suddenly he does. Now George making her laugh is irritating. Her wearing George's jumper is irritating. Finding them curled up together in the common room is extremely irritating. And George wearing that smug little expression every time Fred interrupts them might be the most irritating thing of all. Fred doesn't know why he's jealous. Y/N doesn't know why he's acting insane. George knows exactly what's happening. And telling Fred would ruin all the fun.
