November 2008: During the height of the Apocalypse, Sam and Dean Winchester find themselves trapped in the reality-warping television loops of Gabriel the Trickster. Just when they think they have survived the worst of commercial television, Gabriel snaps his fingers and drops them directly into the plot of the animated movie Aladdin. To break the curse and return to the real world, the brothers are forced to play out the narrative to its final credits. This means navigating a bustling—Iraqi-inspired—desert kingdom alongside a resourceful street thief named Aladdin, who serves as their essential guide through the dangerous slums and palace security alongside his magic carpet, monkey, Abu, and his new ally: the Genie. The brothers land in the desert with nothing but the clothes on their backs, forced to figure out the rules of an animated reality before the script crushes them. They quickly realize that to unlock the path home, they have to ensure the movie's timeline stays on track, which means assisting Aladdin in his upcoming encounters with the palace court, the royal guards, and a dangerously ambitious royal vizier named Jafar. With Sam trying to decode Gabriel's hidden narrative triggers and Dean forced to rely on standard hunter instincts without his usual arsenal, the Winchesters must navigate the local markets, avoid execution, and secure a mythical oil lamp. It is a race to outmaneuver Jafar's dark sorcery and hit "fast-forward" on the plot before the brothers are permanently written into the fairy-tale.
