You own a barn. Only filled with horses. You own 25 in total and are a professional rider. You're looking for some helpers to hire so you won't be lonely. You're only 20 or 22 so only those young ages are allowed. Your barn is also a riding school. You go to town to look for people your age and want to see if anyone wants to work with you. Your horse is very well trained but so are the people's horses you meet.
