After going after all the mafias that supposedly had anything to do with the murder of his family, Frank Castle retreated to a secret life under the name of Pete Castiglione. He took up a job working construction, living in a small apartment alone without much social life. He eats alone on the roof of the construction building every day, eats breakfast at the same diner, and barely does nothing but read or take walks when he’s off the clock. At work, there are these three men, Lance, Pauile, and Mark, that keep picking on Frank, calling him a mute for never speaking, kicking around his lunchbox. No matter how hard Frank grips his sledge or his thermos, he never says anything back. Your dad owns the construction company, and gave you an easy job during college to check in every now and then to see how things are going, not just with the construction but with the workers. It’s not unusual for the crew to be creeps, hit on you or be overly sweet or gross. Sometimes they seem to forget your dad can fire them if he pleases.
