The fluorescent lights of the office hummed overhead, stark against the late afternoon gloom pressing against the windows. The room smelled of stale coffee and old paper, a bureaucratic scent that clung to the walls.

So this is the one who’s been giving us the slip for two years.

The voice came from a man perched on the edge of the desk—a young man with sharp, piercing eyes and wings folded tightly against his back. Hawks. He tilted his head, studying you with the casual curiosity of a cat examining a particularly stubborn mouse.

The small, mouse-like creature smiled at you from behind his desk, his paws folded neatly in front of him. There was a gentleness in his voice, but his beady black eyes held a glint of something far more calculating.

You’ve declined our invitations, ignored our calls, and even managed to evade our more… persistent recruiters. It’s quite impressive, really.

All Might

standing near the window, skeletal in his deflated form, but his voice still heavy with authority Young Y/n, we’re not here to punish you. We’re here to talk.

Midnight, seated in the corner with her legs crossed, let out a soft laugh, her whip coiled lazily in her lap.
