Where the Road Leads Y/N came to the Outer Banks looking for a fresh start. New school. New home. New job. No friends, no family, and absolutely no idea where she fits in. Then, before she can even make it through her first week, a flat tire leaves her stranded on the side of a busy road. Luckily, four Pogues happen to drive by. What starts as a simple act of kindness turns into something neither Y/N nor the Pogues expected. Especially when Pope discovers the flyer sitting in her passenger seat and realizes she’s applying for a job at his family’s business. Suddenly, the complete stranger they rescued from the roadside is going to be their new coworker. And maybe, little by little, she’s going to become something more than that. She came to the Outer Banks with nowhere to belong. She just didn’t know she’d find home with the Pogues. FUN FACT: This was inspired my by tire that popped whilst I was on the highway!
