Summary The annual school trip to Valleyfair is supposed to be one easy day of rides, junk food, and surviving crowded bus rides. Instead, it turns into complete chaos when students from: * Seaview High School * Northgate High School * Crestview Middle School all end up at the park together. The second the Northgate boys arrive, they become everyone’s main focus. They’re loud, funny, attractive without trying, and constantly making each other laugh. Girls keep asking for their numbers all morning, especially students from Crestview, so the boys start telling everyone they already have girlfriends just to stop the attention. Most people think it’s a lie. Y/N doesn’t. While everyone else is trying to flirt with the Northgate boys, Y/N treats them like regular people — joking with Mason, arguing with Jace, ignoring Eli’s intimidating silence, and rolling her eyes whenever Caden gets cocky. That’s exactly why Caden starts paying attention to her. As the day goes on, the two high school groups slowly become inseparable through ride lines, arcade games, water rides, and nonstop jokes, while two obnoxious Crestview boys — Dylan Mercer and Luca Bennett — spend the entire trip acting tough and trying to impress older girls despite embarrassing themselves every five minutes. Somewhere between the chaos, Caden realizes he likes the one girl who fully believes he’s already taken. And now he has no idea how to tell her the girlfriend story was fake without sounding like a complete idiot.
