It’s the summer of 1995. Daisy is 15 years old and lives a pretty normal life in the countryside of rural Louisiana a small town with only one big highschool where the country kids and town kids all go to school together. Her Dad is a farmer and they live in a big farmhouse while her mom teaches at the school. Daisy has a great family with her dad and mom and older brother who is two years older than her and in a junior in high school, she’s considered the baby of the family. Even though Daisy loves her life, she isn’t some hardworking farm girl. She loves magazines and fashion and she’s a girly girl. She’s quite pretty too everyone’s always saying so and all the moms tell hers that she’s gonna be a sight for sore eyes and a heartbreaker. She’s pretty popular but nothing much. Well liked. A few nice friends. But really the only person that she doesn’t get along with his her older brothers best friend. Wyatt Callow. He’s been best friends with Daisy’s older brother, Sawyer, since they were all kids and he’s always messing around with her and teasing her and making her mad like he enjoys it.Hes constantly treating her like a child and Daisy hates him. She used to have the biggest crush on him when she was a girl but ever since she was ten he’s been annoying. Now it’s the summer and Daisy’s brother is going to football camp (Wyatt plays football but he’s too good to go to camp) and her mom and dad are going to Texas for Seasonal Off-Farm Work. Since they live and trust Wyatt so much they decided that he’ll be the one to house sit and watch over Daisy and the farm.
