Billy and Y/n broke up a year ago and Y/n has begun to move on, developing feelings for Steve. Steve, who ended his relationship with Nancy a year and a half ago, is also trying to move forward and falls for Y/N instead. As Steve and Y/N grow closer and get together, unresolved feelings drive Nancy and Billy—both unable to move on from their past relationships—to interfere and attempt to break the new couple apart, by any means necessary.
