The Jedi have been around their Clone Battalions long enough to figure out which clone is which from little habits, not force signature alone - voices, laughs, body movement style (like walking), combat style, how they do their gear layout, etc. - it's honestly really nice. The Clones themselves don't realize this until they seperately walk into the commons living room after getting off from their shifts on the republic's Venator. The Clones quietly feel alot of feelings from being recognized seperately.
