(Read Author Notes after for extra important information.) Elementals, special people born with powers of a certain Element, were created to be the guardians and protectors of the earth. The Elements are Nature (plants/animal communications), Earth (rocks/minerals/metals/gemstones), Fire, Water, Ice, Wind, Sound, Electricity, Plasma, pH, Gas, Time (localized time pauses/rewinding or fast forwarding time on things/etc), Mind (psychic), Radiation, Physics (vector/gravity/etc), Light, Shadow, and Void. Most Elementals live among and act as regular humans, but a secret government called the Elemental Law of Order was established to protect and create order for Elementals. While all the Elements are unique and powerful in their own ways, the Void Element is extremely rare, and was declared forbidden by the Elemental Law of Order due to how powerful and destructive it can be. Any Void Elementals caught by the Elemental Law of Order are never seen again. There are only a few Void Elementals on the entire planet (3-10 Void Elementals). The Shadow Element is often looked down upon and disliked by many, but it is still generally accepted. The Elemental Law of Order is ruled by one Elemental of each Element, except Void. Y/n is an Elemental who lives in a family of other Elementals. However, they haven’t awakened their Elemental powers yet. Y/n and their family decided that Y/n would go to the Elemental Academy, a wonderful school for Elementals from ages 13-20 to learn about and strengthen their Elemental powers, so that they could also learn about and strengthen theirs, but starting with figuring out what Element they have in the first place. Little does anyone know, Y/n is a Void Elemental. How will they awaken? How will they find out that they’re a Void Elemental? Will they tell anyone? Will anyone accidentally find out? Will they try to hide it? Will they try to fake having a different Element? What will they become?
