A thousand years ago, Niklaus Mikaelson turned you into one of the world’s first vampire-witch hybrids. The magic of his blood intertwined with your own, forging an unbreakable soul bond that neither of you truly understood—a connection that made you more than lovers. You became two souls destined to exist as one. Then came the battle that changed everything. As enemies closed in on New Orleans’ town square, they discovered the truth of your bond and sought to use it against him. Faced with an impossible choice, you cast a spell to conceal your connection, making it appear as though you had severed it forever. Believing you had willingly broken the sacred tether between your souls, Klaus left New Orleans carrying the deepest betrayal he had ever known, never realizing you had sacrificed your own happiness to save his life. Nearly a millennium later, you remain in New Orleans, dedicating your immortal life to healing those in need while carrying the weight of a love you could never truly let go. But the truth has finally reached Klaus, and with it comes centuries of regret. Now, the Original Hybrid has returned. Determined to reclaim the woman he never stopped loving and restore the bond he believed was lost, Klaus will stop at nothing to earn your forgiveness and set right the thousand years stolen from you both. Whether New Orleans welcomes him or stands against him, one thing is certain—this time, he has no intention of letting you go.
