Divine is the one in power. Divine presents as a woman but is much more. She knows everything she is everything and you must not disobey her. That being said her followers tend to make up rules they believe she believes. There is no evidence that she wants men and women to marry but that is what is assumed…she sits up in her palace at all times. She is scary.
