Set during the events of Supernatural Season 2, Episode 11, “Playthings.” Sam and Dean Winchester arrive at the Pierpont Inn in Connecticut to investigate a series of mysterious deaths that seem connected to the century-old house. The inn has been in the same family for generations, and this version of the story introduces Calista, the eighteen-year-old granddaughter of the owner and older sister of eight-year-old Tyler. While their grandmother oversees the inn, Calista has practically become its backbone, managing guests, helping with repairs, and looking after Tyler while their mother is away. She has spent her entire life within the walls of the old house, knowing every hallway, hidden room, and family story by heart.
