(Based after BO6 Cold War, so spoilers ahead.) Russell killed "Bell" or that's what he thought. He told everybody that "Bell" succumbed to their injuries. A year later, the team reunited after an invitation sent by someone they know, someone who was dead. But dead can't come back to life, right?
